Dr. Bill Moss

Dr. Bill Moss was born and raised in Reading Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a doctoral degree from Life University in Marietta GA. Prior to attending chiropractic school, Dr. Moss spent three years teaching students who required emotional support at Unionville high school. Following his teaching career, Dr. Moss and his wife (also a Berks County Native), relocated to Marietta, GA for Dr. Moss to attend the largest chiropractic school in the country. Dr. Moss chose to become a chiropractor after personally receiving incredible results including healing from asthma, allergies, skin conditions, pain and discomfort. Ultimately, Dr. Moss made the decision to attend chiropractic school after experiencing complete resolution of debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. After seeking treatment from multiple doctors, receiving multiple medications, with little help and little success, Dr. Moss met a chiropractor that taught him what chiropractic is, and how the body can heal naturally with a high functioning nerve system. Dr. Moss credits quality chiropractic care for allowing his body to recover from the depression and anxiety, and seeks to provide the same level of care for his patients. Knowing him and his wife did not plan to live in Georgia long term; Dr. Moss invested in himself and practiced in 2 separate locations prior to his return. Dr. Moss’s most formidable experience was when he worked as an associate at Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Georgia from July 2013 to April of 2014. At Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Georgia Dr. Moss received business, marketing & internal systems training (x-ray, digital infrared technology, and communication) in the highest volume upper cervical chiropractic office in the country.

Dr. Bill Moss is advanced trained in Knee Chest Upper Cervical Technique, which is one of the oldest, most researched, and most advanced applications of chiropractic in existence. He is an active participant in The Art of the Specific Upper Cervical training group. In Dr. Bill Moss’s practice experience he has helped multiple people with serious neurological conditions such as: fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, Meniere’s disease, seizures, diabetes, anxiety, depression and various pain syndromes. Dr. Moss also specializes in pediatrics and has helped many children with asthma, allergies, colic, indigestion, and weak immune systems achieve optimal health.

In 2014 Dr. Moss relocated to Berks County, his home town, to bring his knowledge, skill, and service to a community which he is excited to serve.  Dr. Moss is currently president of 3 local organizations, Reading Professional Referral Exchange, Berks County Networking Association, and Reading Toastmasters.  To connect with Dr. Bill Moss email

Executive Assistant Jordan Atkins

Jordan has been a native of Reading, PA since she was born. After graduating Central Catholic High School (now Berks Catholic High School), she attended York College of Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management. She interned with our very own Reading Fightin’ Phils and took her talents even further to New York City at Madison Square Garden in the Event Production/Building Operations Department. When she realized how much she missed her family and friends, she decided to move back home and pursue a career working with another passion of hers; animals. Jordan worked at a veterinary hospital for two years, which led her to her next passion; chiropractic. She observed a chiropractor adjust dogs in the hospital and was mesmerized by the quick transformation in the dog’s disposition and overall health. Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys participating in classes at the Goggle Works, especially wood working. She also likes to spend time outside; boating, fishing, four-wheeling, recreational shooting, grilling, and of course spending time with her dogs. Vacation is also a priority in her life!
